Delivery Policy

Blackbird Finance is software you use in your browser, or as an app installed from it. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.

1. When a plan is delivered

A plan switches on in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If you close the page before that, Razorpay tells us directly and the plan switches on within a few minutes.

2. Where to find it

The Plan & billing page in the app shows your plan, when it ends, and every payment you have made. The new limits apply everywhere in the app straight away.

3. If it has not arrived

If your plan is not on within 24 hours of paying, write to support@blackbirdfinance.net with the order reference. If we cannot switch it on, you get a full refund under the refund policy.
