Never send your password, a sign-in code or an authenticator code. We will never ask for them, by email or any other way.
Privacy requests and grievances
Write to the Grievance Officer, Blackbird Finance at support@blackbirdfinance.net, from the address on your account. You can also make a request from Settings, under Privacy.
We answer within 90 days, as the DPDP Rules, 2025 allow, and usually much sooner. The privacy notice explains each of your rights.
